History of Ceramaloy

Ceramaloy Carbide Sharpening Company originated in 1966 by the late Ralph Cunningham. Sharon was a loyal employee and was hired as Ceramaloys book keeper in 1968 to 1985. During that time Sharon was also an apprentice in sharpening and machinery. In 1985 the business was passed to Sharon Martin, current owner. She has run the company for the past 40 years. In 2018 we moved from 69 Bridge St, where we had been for 50 years to our new modern site at 59 Bridge St. Salem. We may be 20th century “Old School” but it’s worked for us and our customers for 60 years!
